Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Subscribe to the Free plan on RapidAPI, copy your API key and start calling the endpoints. You only add a payment method when you upgrade.
What counts as a request?
Every successful call to any endpoint counts as one request against your monthly quota, whether it returns one metal quote or a historical series.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
RapidAPI stops serving requests until your quota resets or you move to a higher plan. Upgrades apply immediately, so you can switch plans mid-month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly through RapidAPI and you can downgrade or cancel from your RapidAPI dashboard whenever you like.
Do all plans include the same data?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, gets real-time quotes for all ten metals, historical price data and mining stock quotes. Plans differ only in request volume.
